This programme is divided into two phases which last 4 weeks each.

Each week is broken down into a core circuit, a lower body band workout, an upper body band workout and a stretching/mobility routine. Every week also contains a nutritional guidance video to help you develop incredible habits that will continue to benefit you throughout your life.

What equipment do I need?

This programme can be done at home or in the gym. If done at home, to make the most of the programme certain equipment is necessary:

  • Mini Bands
