Our pregnancy workouts and postpartum exercise programmes are designed specifically for you at each stage in your motherhood journey.
Being a mum of 2, I understand the workload, responsibility, time constraints and accompanied fatigue & stress that are all part mommyhood, so keeping that in mind I have structured the workouts in these programmes to be done at your own pace, in the comfort of your own home and with minimal equipment.

Hi! I'm Lydia
I’m a Certified Pre & Postnatal Coach (CPPC-GGS) and a Certified Group Fitness Specialist (ISSA) based in Auckland, New Zealand.
My mission is to help mums create vibrant health, body awareness, and truly lead active, pain-free lives, to teach them that they can be STRONGER and more SATISFIED with their bodies after having babies.
I want to make fitness accessible to mums and teach them that during pregnancy you shouldn’t be too concerned and stop exercising because you are worried it will hurt the baby. If done correctly, it won’t.

‘I am so glad I took on the pelvic floor and core program with Lydia. Prior to starting it I couldn’t even run 200m without wanting to go to the bathroom. I have now found myself running 5k with no bathroom stops, I no longer have a pain after running and I am feeling so much more confident in myself when I exercise.
