At Just For Mums Fitness, I offer flexible training options tailored for mums at every stage of motherhood. My home workouts and online workouts are designed with your busy schedule in mind, allowing you to exercise comfortably at your own pace, with minimal equipment.
For those seeking hands-on guidance, my in-person sessions at my home gym in Glenfield, Auckland, provide a personalised approach to fitness.

Specialising in pre and postpartum health, I focus on core and pelvic floor strength, diastasis recti prevention, and improved posture—ensuring a safe, effective journey to achieving your fitness goals.

Just for Mums Client Review: Been with Lydia for quite some time now and so far loving all the workouts from her. Just for Mums client review: Lydia’s programmes have been the foundation for my return to sport. I have been following the three programmes since I was 4 weeks postpartum and at four months postpartum played my first netball game. It just wouldn’t have been possible without Lydia’s expertise and guidance. Each exercise in a video format, a thought through programme for every day postpartum so I didn’t have to plan anything.. all possible to do from my living room. Built my body and confidence for me to be able to exercise in the form that I love! Sport.! This programme also offered other pelvic floor exercises that my pelvic floor physio approved. It’s safe, knowledgeable and practical. Totally recommend mamas!
Just for Mums client review: I am so glad I took on the pelvic floor and core program with Lydia. Prior to starting it I couldn’t even run 200m without wanting to go to the bathroom. I have now found myself running 5k with no bathroom stops, I no longer have a pain after running and I am feeling so much more confident in myself when I exercise. The program was super easy to follow and I felt like I had a personal trainer right in my home with me because the app is super helpful with step by step videos showing you the correct way to do each exercise. Lydia was very helpful and would reach out everyday to see how I was getting on and if I needed any extra help. I cannot recommend her enough!

Lydia is an excellent trainer. She specializes in pregnancy and post partum fitness. A very professional and down to earth person who you can rely on. She has helped me during my pregnancy with exercises and takes great interest to see positive outcomes with her encouraging nature. She was God sent to me in my times of need and am trully blessed to have had her as my personal trainer. I am definitely going back to her for my post partum fitness work outs. .Lydia was so welcoming and has been a pleasure to have gotten to Know. I was so nervous on my first day as I didn't know what to expect going into her gym. She is very passionate in training pre and post natal ladies. She has a great knowledge on pregnant bodies and what we need before we meet our lil ones. I was in search of someone who really specialises in training pregnant woman as I was nervous training with a baby in my womb. I highly recommend her!

I’ve been knowing Lydia for a short time . I highly recommend anyone just for mum is the best. Her vedios is the reason for me to get motivate and join at her workout centre . In a short period I was able to loose few kg with her advice with my diet plan and workouts . Thank you so much for helping me and so sad I wasn’t able to continue, hopefully in the future will be able to join back .

To all new mums looking to regain their fitness, you're at the very right place, and you wouldn't regret. My first postpartum fitness experience was just amazing with Lydia. My requirement was the obvious " to get rid of postpartum belly" and to be fit. I was with Lyda for about two months and the changes were unbelievable. My tummy measurements reduced. I wasn't able to wear jeans/pants to work cause of my belly. I wasn't confident with my body. I was very insecure. Thanks a ton to Lydia. She just knew what my requirements were and we worked together to gain them.

In-Person Training For mums located in Auckland, I will work with you to create a customised workout plan tailored to your goals and lifestyle, helping you to achieve maximum results in the shortest time possible. I offer in-person personal training sessions at my home gym, conveniently located in Glenfield, Auckland and easily accessible from Northcote, Hillcrest, Takapuna, Wairau Valley and neighbouring suburbs.

Online Personal Training

For mums located outside of Auckland, or those who are unable to travel, I have a more convenient virtual personal training option. Work out at your convenience and enjoy direct in-app communication for support and guidance. Get a customised routine that adapts to your lifestyle, helping you achieve your fitness objectives without sacrificing family time.
