At the end of 6 weeks if you’re enjoying the workouts and would like to continue you can move onto the weekly/monthly (cancel anytime) subscription.

My experience with Lydia has been amazing since day one, she has been very supportive and understanding what my requirements and needs were and gave me the right workouts. How does this work?
- Once you sign up (pay) upfront for 6 weeks you will receive an invitation email asking you to create a password/account on Trainerize (the app I use for my virtual training).
- You will also receive a ‘Welcome email’ from me which contains a couple of forms- that you NEED to complete. Admin!
You can do this in your own time. - After you’ve created a trainerize profile you will need to complete a ‘Consultation form’ which I will email you- through this I get to know more about you- your current activity levels, habits, workout experience and equipment available, etc. THIS IS IMPORTANT.
- I will then customise your programme based on your entries in the consultation form and we go from there!
