Just for Mums is thrilled to offer Fitness Bootcamps uniquely tailored for mums, aimed at creating a healthier, more active lifestyle, all while having fun! Our sessions are structured to accommodate mums of all fitness levels living in and around Glenfield, including Hillcrest, Wairau Valley, Takapuna, Northcote, and Albany.   • Days: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
  • Time: 9:30 am to 10:30 am
  • Location: Marlborough Park, Glenfield OR 14 Blenheim Street
  • Cost: $10 per session

What to bring:

All you need is yourself and a yoga mat! We provide all other necessary equipment, so you can focus solely on enjoying your workout and achieving your fitness goals.
