Pregnancy & Postpartum Group Personal Training

Feeling like you want to get stronger… but the weeks fly by between school runs, feeds, work, and everything else?

You’re not lazy, and you’re not failing. You just need a plan that fits your life and a time you can commit to.

Just for Mums Group Personal Training gives you the best of both worlds:

  • Specialised coaching and individual attention (pregnancy + postpartum safe)
  • 2–4 mums training together for motivation + community
  • Fixed session times to keep you consistent
  • A more affordable option than 1:1 PT

Just for Mums Studio (Small Group Training)

This is small group training designed specifically for mums, not a loud gym class where you get lost in the crowd.

You’ll train in my Glenfield home studio with 2–4 other women, and I’ll still coach you as an individual, because every pregnancy, every birth, and every postpartum body is different.

We focus on:

  • Core + pelvic floor-friendly strength training

  • Safe progression (including post-C-section support)

  • Better posture, confidence, and energy

  • Training that supports diastasis recti recovery (and helps prevent making it worse)

Sessions are held at my home gym in Glenfield, Auckland, with mums coming from Northcote, Hillcrest, Takapuna, Wairau Valley, Albany and surrounding North Shore suburbs.

Just for Mums Studio

Why mums love small group training

1) Fixed times = less decision fatigue: When it’s already booked into your week, you’re far more likely to show up - even on the busy days.

2) Still personalised (you won’t be ‘one of the crowd’): I’ll coach form, breathing, and modifications for your body, whether you’re pregnant, newly postpartum, or years down the track.

3) Affordable support: You get expert guidance and structure, without the full cost of 1:1.

4) Community that feels good: You’ll meet other mums doing the same juggle. It’s supportive, encouraging, and honestly… fun.

What a session looks like

Each session is 45–60 minutes and includes a mix of:

  • Strength training (dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells, cables-tailored to you)

  • Low-impact cardio / conditioning (when appropriate)

  • Core + pelvic floor integration

  • Mobility + stretching to help you feel better in your body

You’ll be coached through options so you can train confidently, no guessing, no “push through it”, no pressure.
