Trimester 1: Build - fitness program

Trimester 1: BUILD

Embark on a crucial eight-week journey tailored for weeks 5 to 12 of your pregnancy. The ‘Build’ program uniquely combines breathwork and physical exercises, targeting both your core and your pelvic floor. The aim? To help you develop a strong mind-muscle connection for a more comfortable pregnancy and a smoother transition into motherhood.

Trimester 2: Strengthen (Part 1)

The focus of this 8-week program is to help you minimize back and pelvic pain while enhancing your overall strength and posture. My specially designed workouts give you a balanced mix of strength training and cardio exercises, all aimed at making your second trimester as comfortable as possible.

Trimester 2: Strengthen (Part 2)

Like its predecessor, ‘Strengthen (Part 2)’ aims to alleviate back and pelvic pain, while also maintaining your muscle strength and cardiovascular fitness. We continue to focus on holistic well-being with balanced workouts that will make you feel as fabulous as you look.

Trimester-3-Prepare. Fitness Program

Trimester 3: Prepare

The goal of the ‘PREPARE’ program is to help reduce discomfort related to pregnancy. This program contains more isolation work- like bicep curls! Isolation exercises are less demanding on the central nervous system and you will be performing many of these exercises to prepare yourself not just for birth but also to get you ready for life after baby.

Postpartum-Retrain 12 week fitness program

Postpartum: Retrain

This 12-week program, split into two six‑week phases, guides you back to exercise safely after birth. It starts with mindful breathing and re-establishes core‑to‑floor connection, progressing into strength, mobility, and gentle cardio; all delivered with adjustable intensity to suit your postpartum journey.

Postpartum: Bulletproof

Once you’ve built foundational stability, BULLETPROOF challenges you with more dynamic workouts. Over two six-week phases, it blends continued core and pelvic floor coordination with demanding strength circuits, higher-intensity cardio, and varied equipment options (dumbbells, bands, kettlebell). Designed for mums ready to push toward their pre-pregnancy fitness level.

Core & Pelvic Floor: Restore

A dedicated 6-week program focused on deep core activation and pelvic floor rehabilitation. With five weekly sessions, it emphasises diaphragmatic breathing to reconnect core and floor muscles, improve form, and build functional strength for everyday life. Perfect for those needing foundational reinforcement before moving into full-body training.
