How does this work?

  • Once you sign up (pay) you will receive an invitation email asking you to create a password/account on Trainerize (the app I use for my virtual training).

  • You will also receive a ‘Welcome email’ from me which contains a couple of forms- that you NEED to complete. Admin!

    You can do this in your own time.

  • After you’ve created a trainerize profile you will need to complete a ‘Consultation form’ which I will email you- through this I get to know more about you- your current activity levels, habits, workout experience and equipment available, etc. THIS IS IMPORTANT.
  • I will then customise your programme based on your entries in the consultation form and we go from there!

Completely flexible. Your personalised plan adapts to nap‑time rhythms, school runs, and unpredictable days. We use in-app messaging, video check-ins, and tailored workouts you can do at home or in the gym- when it suits your mum‑schedule. You’ll never feel under pressure to fit in a session - you work around your life, not the other way around

Will this coaching give me real guidance - not just workouts?

Yes, it's more than a workout plan. You get consistent encouragement, motivation, and practical support every step of the way. That includes goal‑setting check-ins, adjustment of sessions as you progress, and nutritional advice built around your lifestyle (if required). You’re not just following exercises—you’re building habits and confidence with someone who truly understands mum‑life

I’ve never exercised before - can I still benefit?

Absolutely. No prior experience is required. This coaching is especially designed with zero-intimidation in mind -  even if you’ve never set foot in a gym. Your programme is built from scratch, based on your current fitness, equipment (or lack of it), and goals. We guide you gently, week by week, so you feel capable, supported, and proud of each small win.
