Our sessions are conveniently timed to suit drop-offs and are run by Lydia – a Certified Pre & Postnatal Coach (CPPC-GGS) and a Certified Group Fitness Specialist (ISSA).

Yes! This is a mum-friendly space, and we understand childcare isn’t always available. Many mums bring their little ones along in a pram, or let toddlers play nearby while we train. The atmosphere is relaxed and judgement-free. You do what works best for you.
What if I’m running late because of school drop-off or morning chaos?
Totally fine, we get it! Life with kids can be unpredictable. You’re welcome to join in when you arrive and jump straight into the session. It’s all about showing up when you can, without pressure.
I haven’t exercised in a while, will I be able to keep up?
Absolutely. Whether you’re just getting started or easing back in after time away, every workout is designed to be scalable. You’ll get modifications and support so you can move at your own pace and feel successful from day one.
Do I need to book in advance or can I just show up?
You’re welcome to drop in casually, just send a quick message ahead of time if possible so we can expect you. Sessions are $10, and it’s a super relaxed vibe, no contracts or complicated sign-ups.
