I offer in-person personal training sessions at my home gym, conveniently located in Glenfield, Auckland, and easily accessible from Northcote, Hillcrest, Takapuna, Wairau Valley and neighbouring suburbs of the North Shore.

How does this work?

  • Before signing up – please get in touch. My availability depends on the number of clients already signed up.
  • Once you sign up (choose from one of the options below) you will receive an invitation email asking you to create a password/account on Trainerize (the app I use for my 1-on-1 appointments).
  • You will also receive a ‘Welcome email’ from me which contains a couple of forms- that you NEED to complete. Admin!
    You can do this in your own time.
  • After you’ve created a trainerize profile and downloaded the app, you can click the ‘+’ button on your app and book your session(s).

  • The “Best Value” option on a per-session basis (just $17.25/session!), an excellent choice for you to invest in your health without breaking the bank.

What should I expect from in-person training sessions?

In-person sessions are fully customised, providing focused guidance on technique, motivation, and safe progress toward your fitness goals.

Where are PT sessions held?

Sessions are conducted in my home gym in Glenfield, Auckland, easily accessible from surrounding North Shore suburbs.

What kind of equipment is available at your gym?

My home gym is equipped with everything needed for effective, varied workouts, this includes: dumbells, barbells, kettlebells, resistance bands, swiss balls, slam balls, squat rack, smith machine, cables, leg extension and leg curl machine.

How do I schedule or reschedule a session?

You can easily book or adjust your session through my app or by contacting me directly. Sessions are available between 9am and 5pm on weekends and are blocked on a first reserve – first serve basis.

Can I bring my child to the sessions?

Yes, I aim to create a welcoming environment for mums, so children are welcome during sessions.
