I specialise in pregnancy and postpartum coaching, helping mums stay strong through pregnancy, rebuild their bodies after birth, and feel confident in how they move again.

You don’t need to have everything figured out. You just need to start.

If your body doesn’t feel like it used to, or you’re unsure where to begin, I’ll guide you through it step by step. We’ll start with a conversation, understand where you’re at, and build a plan that works for you, your body, and your lifestyle.

How does this work?

  • Before signing up – please get in touch. My availability depends on the number of clients already signed up.

  • Once you sign up (choose from one of the options below) you will receive an invitation email asking you to create a password/account
    on Trainerize (the app I use for my 1-on-1 appointments).

  • You will also receive a ‘Welcome email’ from me which contains a couple of forms- that you NEED to complete. Admin!
    You can do this in your own time.

  • After you’ve created a trainerize profile and downloaded the app, you can click the ‘+’ button on your app and book your session(s).

FOUNDATION (1x session)

Ideal if you’re looking for guidance, confidence, and a safe place to start whether you’re pregnant or returning to exercise after birth.

Plan includes

  • Personalised 1:1 coaching tailored to your body and stage
  • Session duration – 45mins to 1 hr
  • Safe pregnancy or postpartum-specific training
  • Core and pelvic floor support built into every session
  • Clear structure so you know exactly what to do (and what to avoid)
  • Session scheduling via mobile app

PROGRESS (2x sessions)

For mums who want more support, consistency, and guidance to stay on track every step of the way.

NZ$140/week

Plan includes

  • 2 personalised 1:1 coaching sessions each week
  • Session duration - 45mins to 1 hr
  • Greater support and accountability to keep you consistent
  • Structured progression tailored to your body and stage
  • Ongoing guidance so you feel confident in every session
  • Session scheduling via mobile app

ACCELERATE (3x sessions)

For mums who want a higher level of support, structure, and consistency throughout their training.

Casual Session

The “Try and See” option, perfect for those who are new to personal training or who simply wish to trial before committing.

What should I expect from in-person training sessions?

In-person sessions are fully customised, providing focused guidance on technique, motivation, and safe progress toward your fitness goals.

Where are PT sessions held?

Sessions are conducted in my personal fitness studio in Glenfield, Auckland, easily accessible from surrounding North Shore suburbs.

What kind of equipment is available at your gym?

My home gym is equipped with everything needed for effective, varied workouts, this includes: dumbells, barbells, kettlebells, resistance bands, swiss balls, slam balls, squat rack, smith machine, cables, leg extension and leg curl machine.

How do I schedule or reschedule a session?

You can easily book or adjust your session through my app or by contacting me directly. Sessions are available between 9am and 5pm on weekdays and are blocked on a first reserve - first serve basis.

Can I bring my child to the sessions?

Yes, I aim to create a welcoming environment for mums, so children are welcome during sessions.
